Terms: Payment of half of the total commission is due in advance. Final payment is due upon approval and before shipping. If the client fails to make the final payment the artwork is retained by the artist.

There are no refunds once work has begun or the artist has incurred expenses at the request of the client.

The artist, Scott Grimando, maintains copyright and reproduction rights to his work. Commissioning a portrait from Scott Grimando implies agreement and the legal right to these terms.
